All IUSD PTA members in elementary and middle schools can participate
The school with the highest percentage of participants that complete the entire video series according to Ed100’s Leaderboard will be the winner; only course completions from now until the deadline will count towards contest
In case of a tie, we will look at the school that has completed the entire course successfully in the fastest amount of time
One (1) winning school will receive an invitation to reserve an Hour of Code for each student in the age-appropriate and applicable grades of 2nd-8th; the window to sign-up for the Hour of Code will be provided after contest is over
Ed100.org requires registration of participant name and school affiliation so that course completion can be validated
Ed100.org also offers a secondary grand prize of $1,000 being randomly awarded to a school based on their point system; read Ed100.org’s >rules regarding this 2nd prize independent of IUCPTA; Any prize money being offered is solely managed and offered by Ed100, not IUCPTA
Deadline to complete Ed100 video course is 12/9/20 Noon
