Membership (non-Totem) & council assessment fee remittance dropped into inbox at door or send to council financial secretary mailbox (use school’s intra-district mail: ATTN: Financial Secretary c/o Irvine PTA Council – District Office)
Year-End Financial Review Report (Jan 1st to June 30th, 2023-24): email
TIP! To ensure getting the “Ready, Set, Remit” award for membership, you should submit at least 30 PTA members dues to council by September meeting or you’ll have to physically drop off your remittance to the council mailbox by the 11th in order for it to be processed by council/district/state by their deadline and still qualify for this award.
If you don’t have 1 or more of these reports, please let the appropriate council person the status using the referenced emails above and submit by October meeting.

PTA Membership Month is September – promote all the reasons why becoming a member is important! TIP! You should always allow parents/caregivers/family to join PTA without forcing any type of package upon them
