Federal & State Taxes for 2023-24 must be filed by November 15th

  1. State 199 or 199N
  2. Federal 990, 990EX, or 990N
  3. Charitable Trust RRF-1 (including CT-TR-1 if applicable)

Elect your Nominating Committee at this November association meeting

December Notices (no association meeting in December):

  • a minimum of 15 PTA membership dues (remittances) must be paid to IUCPTA by Dec 31 date to remain in Good Standing with CaPTA; since there is no association meeting in December, you can send remittances to the council financial secretary by dropping off at IUCPTA mailbox at District Office (5050 Barranca) or sending via interoffice school mail to IUCPTA – ATTN: Financial Secretary
  • Unit AIM Insurance Payment MUST be paid by December 20th. (online receipt is your proof of payment). Unit president and treasurer will receive an email invoice directly from AIM so it’s critical that your myPTEZ emails are up-to-date

Heads up for January:

  • Unit Worker’s Comp Annual Payroll Report – report will cover Jan 5 to Jan 4 of 2022-23. A reminder email will sent to each unit treasurer along with link to form. Info about this form can be found here.
  • Nominating Committee (NomCom) should have first meeting where chair is elected – see your unit bylaws.¬†NomCom process can be found, here.
