• Wrap up of year
• Transitions to New Presidents – should have been passing along logins, archives, chair reports, budget reports to incoming president since election
• Final Reports – communicate what your PTA has done for the year so members know the value of what has been provided with all the funds raised; carry-over funds should only amount to how much you need to spend for about the 1st 3 months of the next school year or when you have your first fundraiser
• myPTEZ updates now past due – summer mailings won’t be received unless addresses are included for president, treasurer, and secretary
• Proposed budgets to be presented to your association for approval so you can be authorized to spend money until your first association meeting of the next year
