According to CAPTA “the [packet] are designed to help you in all aspects of running your PTA, from advocating for children’s issues to gaining members to learning about the education system to understanding your bylaws. Take a look at the whole packet because presidents need to know something about all aspects of the association. Then please share these materials with your fellow PTA leaders. Point out information that is particularly important and relevant to your association.
